Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 15 days to return it to us.

The articles must be in perfect condition and packed in their original packaging.  Send by certified mail to BOUTIQUE AZIBI Playa de Cala D´Hort CP 0739. SAN JOSE. IBIZA.  Keep your receipt from the post office as it Hill be the only proof of your return.  We do not accept returns sent COD.
When we receive your return, we will either send out the correct size you requested or we will return your Money, depending on the case.  In the event of exchanging for another size, if it is a larger size and the price is more, we will send the new article to you and charge you the adjustment.  In the event of a return, we will deposit the Money in your account.  You will need to furnish us with the 20 digit IBAN of your bank.  For further information or questions, please send an email to:  maria@boutiqueazibi.com.  We will respond as soon as possible.
